Account

Verifying your email after registration

After registration, a one-time code is sent to your email. Enter it on the verification screen to activate your account. If it doesn't arrive, use the resend option or check your spam folder.

Account

Updating your profile information

Log in and open Account → Profile. Edit your details and save. Your email is tied to login and can't be changed from the profile screen.

Files

How private file storage works

Uploaded files are stored privately. When you need to view or download a file, a time-limited signed link is generated on demand. The link expires after a short period for security.

Files

Deleting files you no longer need

Open Account → Files, then use the delete action on any item. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone, so make sure you no longer need the file before removing it.

Playlists

Saving tracks for offline playback

Inside a playlist, press play on a track to load it, then tap the download icon to store it. Stored tracks play without an internet connection.

Playlists

Removing the offline copy of a track

Once a track is stored, an icon appears. Tap the trash icon next to it to remove the offline copy while keeping the track in your playlist.

Requests

Tracking request status

Every request moves through three states: New, In Progress, and Completed. View the live status from Account → Requests. Email is used to communicate updates and revisions.

Requests

Requesting changes to delivered work

Reply to the request via email referencing your request details. Revisions are handled as part of your request.

Media

Requesting media in a specific format

When submitting a request to download or extract media, specify the desired output format — MP3, MP4, WAV, or PNG — in the request details.

Media

Why a track won't play

Private media requires a signed link generated on demand. If playback fails, press play again or check your connection. Stored tracks don't require a connection.
